BODACIOUS BLOOMS FLOWER FESTIVAL

As Creative & Marketing Manager at Buckhead Village, I planned and executed a neighborhood-wide flower festival that turned into an annual event “Bodacious Blooms Flower Festival”. The marketing campaign featured a floral partnership with NY based studio Floratorium, East Olivia, and local florist Canaan Marshall to create larger than life floral installations that were displayed on property for the season.

The weekend long series of events included a VIP cocktail party, floral design workshops, a street festival and 5K “Flower Run” with Livable Buckhead, neighboring property floral themed events, and more.

Results:

  • Foot traffic up 52% over LY

  • Parking revenue up 47% over LY

  • Social Media: 99.5K impressions

  • Paid Media: 101,385 impressions

  • Featured in 13 PR stories: 722,339 impressions

  • Over 30 curated in-store events with retailers

  • Participation from 20 neighboring property owners
