As a Sales Assistant at Tootsies I worked directly with the Event Coordinator to provide her support with planning logistics of yearly charity events, trunk shows, and luncheons. My responsibilities included:

• Updating event calendar through outlook calendar scheduling
• Maintaining a social calendar of charity events in Atlanta to use as potential partners in future events
• Attending all in store events, offsite events, and meetings; assisting with setup, backstage production, model fittings, and breakdown
• Creating line lists for every fashion show
• Brainstorming ideas for new events and creating graphic mock-ups for proposed events
• Contacting and booking vendors for events

A few events I had the pleasure of being involved with planning or facilitating:

  • Starry Night of Fashion benefitting the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation
  • Teal to Heal: Annual benefit for Ovarian Cancer foundations
  • Fatherless Daughters Project: Documentary preview
  • Ronald Mcdonald Luncheon
  • Blogger Brunch hosting 20 of Atlanta’s fashion bloggers
  • “Be The Model” fashion event benefitting the Manna Fund
  • Skyland Trail Fashion show and luncheon
  • Georgia Casa Fashion Show
  • Tea to See: Luncheon benefitting Prevent Georgia Blindness
  • Fashion A Cure: Winship Fashion Show
  • Citizens of Humanity Denim Weekend
